The challenge
Rich Sales International is a technical sales and service company operating across the U.S., Mexico and Costa Rica. Despite over 40 years of experience in the electronics and semiconductor industry, the company’s visual identity and communication system no longer reflected the clarity, structure and adaptability of its evolution.
The challenge was to develop a contemporary and scalable brand system and strategy capable of unifying its international presence while communicating technical precision, trust and human connection across different territories and audiences.
The solution
Built around the concept “We streamline complexity,” the rebrand transformed the original Arizona cactus into a modular visual system designed to represent connection, structure and adaptability across technical industries.
The result was a flexible branding and communication system that balances technical precision with clarity and human connection across different territories and audiences. The project expanded beyond visual identity into digital and print applications, brand guidelines and a B2B-focused communication strategy designed for platforms such as LinkedIn, newsletters and one-on-one client interactions.
