Branding for Teachers

The challenge

Teachers often dedicate so much of their identity to the institutions they work for that their own voice, values and personal approach become secondary. While personal branding has become increasingly important across creative and professional industries, accessible tools and resources for educators remain limited and often overly corporate or visually infantilized.

The challenge was to create a branding system and educational experience that could introduce teachers to the fundamentals of personal branding in a way that felt approachable, empowering and adaptable to their everyday reality — without requiring advanced design knowledge.

The solution

Branding for Teachers was developed as a playful but structured educational toolkit designed to help teachers build a clearer and more intentional professional identity. The project combined research on personal branding, education and visual communication with a simplified design methodology focused on accessibility and self-expression.

The outcome included a visual identity system, printed workbook, workshop materials and digital applications that guided users through foundational branding concepts such as tone of voice, typography, color systems and visual consistency. Rather than positioning branding as something exclusive to businesses or influencers, the project reframed it as a practical tool for educators to communicate who they are, what they value and how they connect with others.
