I’m Sara, a visual designer based in Costa Rica with a strong interest in branding, visual systems and creative direction. I enjoy projects that require direction, curiosity and a strong point of view — especially when there’s space to think beyond what simply looks good.

For me, good design should also be functional, intentional and adaptable to the people it’s made for. A lot of my approach comes from paying attention: to context, details, visual culture and the small things that shape how something feels. Whether I’m working on branding, editorial design or anything design-related, I’m interested in creating work that feels clear, purposeful and human.

Outside of design, I’m usually somewhere between taking photos, cooking, internet rabbit holes, fashion inspiration and paying too much attention to packaging design at the grocery store.
